World Tour cycling race coming up in Quebec City September 9th.

Thomas Voeckler chatting during UCI race in Quebec City last year. He'll be back to race this year on September 9th. It's a great event through the streets of the city. I am writing a piece for the Toronto Star Travel Section.

I'm writing about the Pam velodrome in Hamilton on OpenFile Hamilton today.
